Travel Diary: Girls in Portugal

A trip to Portugal with my besties... What a way to end the summer!

I know this post is a little late, but better late than never, right? My girls and I went to Portugal last month for 10 days and I wanna share some of the pictures we managed to capture during our stay. Unfortunately, this post cannot portray the holiday to its full extent as we rarely took our phones out with us and didn't photograph many of the things that we did... particularly the nights out, haha! What can I say... we were too busy having fun ;)

I went to the south of Portugal with my three best friends to a town called Albufeira. The photos pretty much sum up most of the things that were to offer: the fresh seafood, piri piri chicken, the beach, ice cream and the amazing scenery. We also happened to stumble across a MTV beach party with Portuguese performers. Only with these three would I somehow find myself at something as random and fun as a MTV beach party! XD 

We also visited a tiny island off the coast of Portugal called Farol Island. We took a boat for about half an hour to the tiny island and explored a bit before heading to the beach. I honestly had never seen such clear sea water. And despite a small wasp dilemma at the beach, it was such a relaxing day in between all the touristy days. I had such an amazing time and would highly recommend the town! :)
